We’re not some big, glossy corporation with layers of managers and scripted sales pitches.

We’re a family — literally. R&M Custom Ironworks is run by me, my stepdad, my stepbrother, my girlfriend, and my mom. We work side by side every day, building, welding, and hauling in the Arizona sun, usually with a bit of teasing, some loud music, and a lot of coffee.

 

We come from a small-town way of doing things:

 

Straight talk. We’ll tell you what’s possible, what’s not, and what’s worth the money.

 

Hands-on work. We don’t sit in offices — we’re in the shop or at your site, tape measure in hand.

 

A little rough around the edges. Our work isn’t about fancy suits or corporate jargon. It’s about sturdy welds, clean lines, and making things that last.

 

 

Our projects range from security doors and custom gates to railings, fences, and one-off designs you can’t buy at a store. If you’ve got an idea, we’ll figure out how to make it — even if it means a few trial runs and a couple of “don’t tell anyone about that one” moments.

 

We like to think people hire us for our skill and dedication to satisfaction, but they come back because we’re the kind of folks you can text at 9 p.m. with a random measurement question… and we’ll actually answer.
